Air Con Project:
The landlord already had a tempered air system installed suppling the building with conditioned air at 16℃. We divided the ground floor space into 8 zones and installed each zone with its own individual air VAV System. This allows each zone to individually vary the air flow and temperature via an LPHW connection from the landlords’ system.
The System:
Control is via a TREND out station looking after the 8 zones and is connected to the Building Management System to give the landlord the ability to monitor and control all systems.
