Installation Services

During the installation of your air conditioning units, you will be in direct contact with your installation engineer and the TRAC office team. Firstly, a contract specialist will conduct a full survey of your premises before producing a final drawing which will then be signed off, and handed over to an installation engineer. Completion of the project will depend on the number of units being installed, and the size of the design. On completion, a commissioning report is produced and handed over to the client.

 

Maintenance Service

All our products are sold with a 12 month warranty. We also offer 1 and 3 year maintenance contracts, which includes visits to the clients premises for regular cleaning intervals and routine maintenance inspections. However, you are under no obligation to take out a maintenance contract. Our 1 year maintenance contract is renewable on a yearly basis.

 

Repair Services

Our call out unit consists of qualified service engineers who are available to deal with any problems that may occur with your system. TRAC have invested in a software tracker programme, which assists the call out team. Repair jobs are logged onto the system, which provides historical information. All our transport vehicles are fitted with Tracker systems so that we can spot the location of our engineers at any given time. Should a repair job be logged, we can check the location of our closest engineer to your premises, and have him visit you in the fastest time possible.

Our system is tailor made, flexible and TRAC are constantly available to provide you with a friendly service.
