TRAC Appoints New Manager

Halesowen based TRAC air-conditioning is delighted to announce the promotion of Gavin Shaw to the position of Service Manager.

Having previously worked at the firm as an on-site Service Engineer , the promotion will see Gavin take on a much more operational role.

Heading up his own team of service engineers, Gavin will be responsible for organising and managing service-engineering work, producing quotations for clients and handling related administration. Commenting on his promotion, Gavin said: "I am delighted to be promoted to Service Manager.

The air-conditioning market is constantly growing, especially in the domestic sector, with more and more people realising the benefits attached to having a quality air conditioning facility of their own.I am delighted with my new role and excited to be part of the team shaping this developing industry in the West Midlands."

Prior to joining TRAC, Gavin worked as a royal electrical mechanical engineer in the forces before moving into the air conditioning industry.
