Wolverhampton City Council

The Building Services Engineering Section at Wolverhampton City Council designs air conditioning systems, heating, plumbing, ventilation, building management systems, noise suppression, etc. for the City Council’s buildings for the benefit of the general public of Wolverhampton.

The council first met TRAC 15 years ago, when the company won a tender to work for them.

Steve Cooke, Senior Heating Engineer at the City Council, explains how the two first started working together “TRAC originally won our contract because they gave us the best quote; they really are great value for money and are one of the best firms I have ever worked with”.

Working together for such a long period of time has enabled TRAC to work closely with the council on many projects and now supplies them with split systems and heat pumps.

Wolverhampton City Council have found many benefits in using TRAC. Mr Cooke states “They are so friendly. If there’s ever a problem with one of the systems, they always sort it out straight away. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The firm are extremely conscientious, and have a ‘no hassle, no problem’ policy with their customers".

TRAC are very dedicated to the servicing and maintenance of their products and Wolverhampton City Council have never experienced any problems with the systems which they have supplied.

Steve explains what the staff at TRAC are like to deal with “They are lovely people who are friendly and know what they are talking about. I’ve found that they explain things in simple terms so you can understand them. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone”.
