Because of the wide range of applications, TRAC emerged in 1975 as a completely independent UK company specialising in the design and installation of air conditioning systems, but the company has now evolved to include ventilation and dehumidification systems.

Our unrivalled expertise allows us to undertake such diverse projects as a 30,000 sq.ft. office block to a family home.

Our expertise include installations on industrial, retail and commercial premises, banks, hospitals, MOD bases and even a football club!

Every job is handled with the same attention to detail and professionalism you would expect from a company with a reputation for quality to protect.

As TRAC is independent of any one manufacturer, we have the flexibility to custom design each solution, utilising the products most suitable to our customer's needs.

Over the years, we have gained valuable insights and testing data on the many varied products available - their performance, reliability and efficiency.

Our faith in the products we use is reflected in the substantial 12 months warranty we supply on all our work. To complement this guarantee, we are also able to build in a unique cost effective maintenance programme for total peace of mind.

Our own computer software provides a complete history of every single item used within each maintenance programme to record its effectiveness. Nothing is left to chance.

Once the initial survey has been completed, and the costs agreed, our innovative design team is the first to swing into action.

We have a thorough understanding of every aspect of each project

Each member has to have a thorough understanding of every aspect of the project - electrical and mechanical - and work in conjunction with the Contracts/Design Manager who advises on the positioning of the units, the necessary pipework, together with any interior or exterior alterations.

The drawings completed and approved, the system is produced and installed with the minimum disruption by our own "in-house" engineers.

These highly trained craftsmen are dedicated to quality and the majority are the product of our own intensive training programme for apprentices.

That is not to say we do not need a little outside help on occasions.

TRAC installations cover the entire U.K. In the unlikely event of any problems, we have a network of like-minded subsidiaries across the country ready to cover emergencies - around the clock.

All TRAC installations are carried out in the strict accordance with CDM health and safety requirements, with risk assessment obligations being more than covered by our own organisation.

We are also certified to ISO 9002, another assurance that our dedication to quality is recognised and always maintained.
